Treatment should not hurt or aggravate pain—our goal is to help you feel better—however increased stiffness is a known side effect of treatment. We ALWAYS strive to provide gentle, non-aggravating care. If you experience aggravated symptoms after treatment please let us know so we can modify treatment at your next visit.

Yes absolutely! We are frequently asked to help with fall prevention, or injury treatment following a fall. We can help you decrease your fall risk by helping you with mobility, balance, and strength. This is accomplished through in-clinic, hands-on care, and safe and gentle exercises we demonstrate in clinic that are easy to perform at home.

No! We have plenty of treatment options available for you. If you prefer a treatment plan without “cracks” just let us know and we’ll make a perfect plan for you.

Item descriptionYes! We ask all patients to bring their medication list to their first appointment. We do not prescribe medications so our treatment is often quite complimentary to your current care plan.
Further, we find it helpful when patients have a pre-written list of past major injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, etc. to review at an initial assessment as this helps tailor treatment to be the safest, and most effective care possible.

No! Chiropractors are a “primary contact” profession, meaning you can book your own appointment without a referral from your family doctor.

No, chiropractic care is not covered by OHIP. Many extended benefit plans (private insurance, such as GreenShield, Blue Cross, Manulife, Sunlife, etc.) cover chiropractic care.

Yes! Chiropractic care is covered by most extended health benefit plans. It is up to you, the holder of the policy, to confirm coverage as we are not permitted to make general coverage inquiries with private insurers.

Yes! Our clinic treatment room, washrooms, wait room, and front door are fully accessible for wheel chairs, walkers, and other mobility aids. Our treatment room is also spacious to allow for caregivers to participate in treatments as needed. For directions to the most accessible parking locations, please contact us directly.
